Thank you to everyone who joined us for Celebrate! 2025: Building Foundations, Strengthening Families—an inspiring evening dedicated to ending homelessness and creating lasting stability for individuals and families across New York City.

Thanks to your incredible generosity, we raised nearly $700,000—our most successful Celebrate! event yet! These vital funds will directly support Jericho Project’s life-changing programs, including supportive housing, mental health services, career development, and family-centered initiatives.

Your support is helping parents and children secure safe, stable homes and access the comprehensive care they need to thrive. As the affordable housing crisis continues to impact our most vulnerable neighbors, your commitment is more crucial than ever.

2025 Honorees

This year, we were honored to present Christine Armstrong and Ben Nickoll with the prestigious President’s Award. Chrissy, a passionate advocate for ending homelessness, has supported Jericho Project for over 30 years. Since marrying Chrissy, Ben has joined her in championing our mission. A board member since the 1990s, Chrissy played a pivotal role in expanding our services to include families, veterans, and individuals facing mental health challenges. She has also brought joy to our galas through performances with her bossa nova band, A Lua. Together, Chrissy and Ben have been essential to our progress in addressing housing insecurity in New York.

We were also proud to present The Hudson Companies and Broadway Builders with our Corporate Spotlight Award in recognition of their transformative impact on housing in New York City. As leaders in innovative development and construction, their dedication to creating diverse, inclusive housing has been invaluable. Their partnership with Jericho Project is exemplified by Logan Fountain, a groundbreaking Brooklyn residence opening in 2025, which reflects the life-changing power of stable housing. We celebrated Hudson and Broadway Builders for their vision, commitment, and steadfast support in the fight against homelessness.
